Godzilla is on his way to India soon! Yes, Nissan has already started to take orders for the 2017 GT-R. The updated GT-R was shown for the first time at the 2016 New York Motor Show. It is a step up from the original model, which came out in 2007. Customers must pay a deposit of Rs 25 lakhs to get on the list of people who want to book. Customers can call 1-800-209-3456 to get in touch with the Nissan GT-R help desk. They can also go to www.nissan.in or email [email protected] for more information. The Japanese supercar’s final price is still unknown, but it’s likely to be around Rs 1.4 crores (ex-showroom).
Several changes are made to the front end, both in terms of how it works and how it looks. For example, the new chrome matte finish “V-motion” grille is bigger to help the engine cool down faster and has a different mesh pattern. The front hood has been made much stronger to make it more stable when driving fast. To add more downforce, the front spoiler is changed and finishers are added to the front bumper just below the headlights. It might look like the back of the car hasn’t changed, but if you look closely, you’ll see a new rear bumper and side air vents next to the four exhaust tips that help air flow.
The 2017 GT-R is powered by a 3.8-liter 24-valve twin turbo V6 engine that makes 565 HP at 6800 rpm and 467 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed dual-clutch transmission is hooked up to the engine. The result is smoother gear changes, less noise, and a speed of 0–100 km/h in less than 3 seconds.
