Audi is known for its unique style and the power of its cars. It is also known for giving customers a lot of options when it comes to models in the same class. So, today we’ll look at how the 2016 Audi Q5 2.0T and the 2016 Audi Q5 3.0T compare.

In the last few years, the Q5 has become one of the best-selling small Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs). Part of that is because the model can be used for many different things and comes in many different trims. Even though most of the Q5’s features and some of its specs are the same between the 2.0 and 3.0 lines, there are still a few things that make the 2.0 and 3.0 lines stand out to people looking for a new SUV in 2016.

The first difference is what’s under the hood of the Q5. The more fuel-efficient and lighter 2016 Audi Q5 Quattro 2.0T Premium Plus is powered by a 2.0 Liter Intercooled Turbo Premium Unleaded I-4 engine. This I-4 engine can make 220 hp and 258 net lb-ft of torque.

The 2016 Audi Q5 Quattro 3.0T Premium Plus, which is the same car, has a 3.0 Liter Intercooled Supercharger Premium Unleaded V-6 engine. This V-6 engine gives the Q5 272 horsepower and 295 net torque, which is a lot more than the 2.0 version.

To make up for the fact that the 2.0T isn’t as fast, it wins when it comes to gas mileage. The Q5 Quattro 2.0T Premium Plus gets about 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway, according to an estimate. On the other hand, the Q5 Quattro 3.0T Premium Plus gets about 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.

The Q5 Quattro 2.0T Prestige Hybrid and the Q5 Quattro 3.0L TDI Prestige are two trims that both get about the same gas mileage. Both trims are estimated to get 24 mpg in the city, but the 3.0L gets 31 mpg on the highway while the hybrid only gets 30 mpg.

When you compare how well the engines work, you can also see that they are not all the same. The 2.0T Prestige Hybrid has a 2.0 Liter Intercooled Turbo Gas/Electric I-4 engine that can make 245 horsepower, which is five more than the 3.0L TDI Prestige’s Intercooled Turbo Diesel V-6 engine, which can only make 240 horsepower. Thecarconnection.com says that the engine of the TDI Prestige can reach 428 net torque, which is much more than the Prestige Hybrid’s 354 net torque.

Prices are also ranked differently in each line. All but one of the 2.0T trims are cheaper than the 3.0Ts. The 2016 Audi Q5 Quattro 2.0T Premium and the Q5 Quattro 2.0T Premium Plus both start at $40,900, and the 2016 Audi Q5 Quattro 2.0T Prestige Hybrid starts at $52,500.

On the other end of the spectrum, the 3.0 trims start at $46,000 for the Q5 Quattro 3.0T Prestige and Q5 Quattro 3.0T Premium Plus and go up to $48,100 for the Q5 Quattro 3.0L TDI Premium Plus and Q5 Quattro 3.0L TDI Prestige.

Philip Levy 17 February 2020, 7:35 a.m. I wanted to know how the car drives differently depending on the size of the engine. I gave away a 2.0-liter Audi, and when I’m driving at 130 km/h in France… When you slow down to 110 km/h in traffic, the car won’t stop dropping gears when it gets back up to speed. I don’t think it’s very useful. I want to know if the same is true for the 3 litre.
