The X6 changed SUVs the way the BMW GT changed sedans. BMW India has just released its newest car, the 320d Gran Turismo Sport, which starts at Rs 46.6 lakh (ex-showroom, India). If you can remember, the BMW 320d GT came out in 2016, but it was called the BMW 320d Sport Line at the time. Now, the word “line” has been taken out of the name. The BMW X3 came out with a gasoline engine last month.

The new “Sport” model is about Rs. 3.4 lakh cheaper than the model it replaces, “Sport Line.” This price cut means that a few features, such as the Outside Chrome pack, adaptive LED headlights, 10.5-inch digital instrument cluster, and leather upholstery, will no longer be available. Still, it has nice features like a powered tailgate, frameless doors, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, an 8.8-inch touchscreen, and a 9-speaker sound system.
