Luxury car makers are moving away from diesel engines and toward gasoline engines. BMW just started selling the 320i and 520i sedans. At BMW’s plant in Chennai, the turbo-petrol engines that power them are being put together. Now, the German company has added gas-powered SUVs to its lineup. The new ones are the X3 xDrive28i xLine and the X5 xDrive35i Design Pure Experience.

This version of the X5 also has a powered tailgate, heated wing mirrors, adaptive headlights, 4-zone climate control, and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon music system. Both the X3 and the X5 have an automatic transmission with 8 speeds and can drive on all four wheels.
