Ducati gives you more for your money. The Monster 797+ is a new version of the Monster 797, which is Ducati’s entry-level bike. The Monster 797+ costs Rs 8.03 lakh, which is the same as the regular Monster 797. (ex-showroom, India). But it has some extras, like a front flyscreen and a pillion seat cowl that match the colour of the rest of the bike. Monster has been a part of Ducati’s line-up for 25 years, so this extra value was added to celebrate. This month, Ducati Monster 821 came out with a number of changes. The price of the Monster 821 is Rs. 9.51 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Both Monsters are now being sent out to customers at all Ducati Showrooms in India.

This Monster 797+ is powered by a classic air-cooled 803cc L-Twin engine that makes 75 Ps of power at 8,250 rpm and 67 Nm of torque at 5750 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox is hooked up to the engine. It has high-quality chassis parts, like Brembo monoblock disc brakes at the front and back, Kayaba 43mm inverted front forks, and a Sachs monoshock with an adjustable preload at the back. The frame is a type of trellis. The ABS is something that comes with the car. Even though it doesn’t have features like riding modes and traction control like the 821 Monster, which is bigger.
