1. Forest River RV Wildwood Heritage Glen LTZ 356QB

Two Bedroom Fifth Wheel Reviews-3

This RV from Forest River is great in a lot of ways. First of all, each bedroom has a full bathroom all to itself. Even better, the second bathroom can be reached from outside, so you don’t have to walk through the whole RV to clean up.

From there, you can access both an outside and an inside kitchen, which is great for summer night cookouts or when the weather is bad and you want to stay inside.

Even though you can’t get to the master bathroom from the bedroom without going through the hallway, this RV’s other features make up for that small flaw.

The large pass-through storage on the outside gives you a lot of room for your outdoor gear and toys, no matter how big they are.

Also, there are TV hookups in each bedroom and in the main living area, so you can have a movie night with the whole family or spend some time alone. Overall, if you want an RV with two bedrooms, this is a great choice.

Pros

50″, “TV in the living room,”

TV hookups in each bedroom

Each bedroom has its own bathroom

One bathroom can be reached from outside

57-gallon tank for fresh water

14 cubic foot refrigerator

Large storage with a door

Kitchens inside and outside

Cons

View of the TV in the living room was crooked.

2. KEYSTONE COUGAR 364BHL

The Keystone Cougar 364BHL is a great choice if you want a two-bedroom RV with sleeping areas in the loft style. Each room has its own bathroom, and the second bathroom can be reached from the outside. But the master bathroom only has one shower or tub.

In the kitchen inside, you get a 12-cubic-foot refrigerator that you can upgrade to a 16-cubic-foot model if you want. The kitchen also has a bigger pantry, so you have plenty of room to store the ingredients for your next five-star meal.

The RV has a huge 81-gallon tank for fresh water, so you won’t have to worry about stopping often to fill up.

Lastly, the exterior pass-through storage gives you plenty of room for all of your bulkier gear and equipment, making it easier than ever to go on your next adventure.

Pros

The second bedroom has loft beds.

Each bedroom has a bathroom, and the second bathroom can be reached from the outside.

Standard is a 12 cubic foot fridge, but you can upgrade to 16 cubic feet if you want.

The living room has a fireplace and an entertainment centre.

Large storage with a door

Kitchens inside and outside

The living room has a large pantry.

81-gallon tank for fresh water

Cons

There are no clear views of the TV from the seats.

There is neither a shower nor a tub in the second bathroom.

3. Forest River Arctic Wolf 287BH

Forest River Arctic Wolf 287BH.

This floor plan by Forest River is a great choice if you want a smaller two-bedroom fifth wheel. As soon as you walk in, there are a lot of pass-through storage spaces and a big pantry.

From there, you can see the TV and an entertainment system with a fireplace in a straight line. But even though this Arctic Wolf RV has a lot of good points, it’s not perfect. For example, the fresh water tank holds only 49 gallons, which is a little less than we would like.

There is only one bathroom from there, and you can’t get to it from the master bedroom. But you do get a luxury outdoor kitchen and a bigger dinette area, which makes it a great choice for people who want to enjoy the outdoors in style.

Pros

From the sitting area, it was easy to see the TV.

The living room has a fireplace.

The second bedroom has double-stacked bunk beds.

Large super U-dinette

Kitchens inside and outside

Large storage with a door

Cons

One bathroom only

The master bedroom can’t get to the bathroom.

Smaller 49-gallon freshwater tank

4. Forest River Arctic Wolf 3770SUITE

The Arctic Wolf 287BH is a great floor plan, but the 3770SUITE is definitely a step up. You get a second bathroom, for starters. But that’s not all. The beds in the second bedroom are bigger, and there’s a washer/dryer prep in the second bedroom.

But you’ll have to be extra careful with water in this RV because they didn’t upgrade the water tank, even though it has all these accessories that use a lot of water. There is a large pass-through storage area for all of your bigger camping gear.

Lastly, this RV has both an inside and an outside kitchen, so you can use either one for a late-night cookout or a meal inside on a rainy day. But you can’t choose a dinette. Instead, you get more seats in the theatre.

Even though many people will like this feature, we wish you could set it up either way.

Pros

There are two bathrooms, and the second one can be reached from outside.

Large storage with a door

Has hookups for a washer and dryer in the master bedroom

Both the inside and outside kitchens have home-sized refrigerators.

The second bedroom has loft-style bunk beds.

The fireplace is in the entertainment centre.

Cons

There is no shower in the second bathroom.

It doesn’t have a dinette, but it does have more theatre seats.

There were no direct views of the TV.

Small 49-gallon tank for fresh water

5. Coachmen Chaparral Lite 29BH

Coachmen Chaparral Lite 29BH

This Coachmen fifth wheel is a great choice if you want to travel with your kids and need an extra bedroom with a lot of beds. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so that each of the kids can have their own place to sleep.

From there, you can decide to upgrade to a panoramic sectional sofa instead of the trifold and dinette. But Coachmen needs to get better in a lot of ways, even though there are a lot of things to like about it.

First, the 40-gallon tank of fresh water is way too small. It is the smallest freshwater tank we’ve looked at, which is a shame.

Second, this floor plan has only one bathroom and no outdoor kitchen. Lastly, you can’t see the TV from the living room area in a straight line. No matter where you sit, you’ll have to turn your head to see the show.

None of these things should stop you from going, but you should be aware of them and might want to plan your trips around them. Just know what you’re getting into with the smaller water tank and fifth wheel.

Pros

The second bedroom has two separate bunk beds.

GVWR that’s lighter than other two-bedroom fifth wheels (11,300-pounds)

Panorama sectional sofa as an option

Cons

One bathroom only

No kitchen on the outside

There was no clear view of the TV

Small 40-gallon tank for fresh water

6. DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites 43 Manhattan Fifth Wheel

Even though DRV fifth wheels don’t get a lot of attention, that doesn’t mean they aren’t good choices. Their 43-foot Manhattan fifth wheel is the best example of what they can do. You also get the second bedroom, and each of the bedrooms has its own full-sized bathroom.

Also, there are hookups for a washer and dryer in the hallway. This gives you everything you need to have a great trip. And while other trailers only have a small amount of fresh water, this fifth wheel has the largest fresh water tank of the ones we looked at.

Keep in mind that even though this RV has two bathrooms, you can’t get to either of them from outside. Also, you don’t have a kitchen outside. This might not be a big deal for some, but if you were looking forward to cooking outside, this fifth wheel isn’t for you.

Pros

Two complete bathrooms

The hall closet has hookups for a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a large closet.

The main living area and the master bedroom both have TVs.

100-gallon tank for fresh water

Cons

No way to get to a bathroom from outside

No kitchen on the outside

7. Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite 832BWS Fifth Wheel

Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite 832BWS Fifth Wheel

The design of this two-bedroom fifth wheel is interesting. First of all, even though it has two outside storage areas, none of them have storage that goes all the way through. It doesn’t make or break the deal, but it is interesting. Second, there is only one bathroom, even though the second bedroom has two bunk beds.

Also, the 54-gallon freshwater tank isn’t the smallest, but if you use all the beds, you’ll probably wish it were a little bigger, especially since the master bedroom has hookups for a washer and dryer.

But this RV has a lot of great things about it. The entertainment centre comes with a fireplace, and you can cook in both the inside and outside kitchens.

Lastly, there are TV mounts in both bedrooms and the main living area, so you can watch shows together or have some time to yourself after a long day.

Pros

Kitchens inside and outside

There are TVs in each room and in the main living room.

Fireplace in the living room’s entertainment centre

There are two outside storage options

The master bedroom is ready for a washer and dryer.

Cons

No pass-through storage on the outside

One bathroom only

54-gallon tank for fresh water

8. Jayco Eagle HTX 26BHX Fifth Wheel RV

This 26″ Jayco Eagle is a great choice if you’re looking for a smaller two-bedroom fifth wheel. Even though it is smaller and might not have as many features as other fifth-wheels, its GVWR of 9,995 pounds makes it one of the lighter options.

This makes it easier to get around in more state parks and campgrounds, which is a huge benefit when you’re travelling across the country. But even though this fifth wheel is smaller, it still has a lot of amenities.

For example, there is only one bathroom, but you can get to it from both inside and outside. Also, there is a lot of storage space in the ceiling, and both the main living area and the master bedroom have ways to hook up a TV.

Lastly, keep in mind that this second bedroom doesn’t have a full door, but it does have a privacy curtain that can be folded up. It also has a double bed bunk bed, so there are plenty of comfortable places to sleep.

Pros

There are TVs in both the main living area and the master bedroom.

GVWR is 9,995 pounds, which is light for a fifth wheel.

a lot of storage space up high

Because it is short, it can be used in more parks and campgrounds.

Getting to the bathroom from the outside

Cons

The only thing in the second bedroom is a curtain.

The eight-cubic-foot fridge is smaller.

There is only one bathroom, and it’s on the other side of the house from the master bedroom.

9. Coachmen Chaparral 274BH Fifth Wheel

This Coachmen fifth wheel is another option for a light fifth wheel. Even though it still has a GVWR of 11,000 pounds, this fifth wheel is on the lighter side.

Another perk is that it has enough beds for nine people. For example, the second bedroom has two separate bunk beds.

But even though there are many places to sleep, there isn’t much fresh water. The fresh water tank is only 40 gallons, which isn’t enough for that many people. You also only have one bathroom, which you can’t get to from the master bedroom.

Lastly, the eight-cubic-foot fridge isn’t the smallest option, but it’s also not the biggest, especially if there are nine people staying here.

Pros

The second bedroom has two separate bunk beds.

The GVWR is 11,000 pounds, which is light for a fifth wheel.

The shower has a privacy dome with a skylight.

More space in the shower

There are many ways to sleep in a smaller fifth wheel, which can sleep up to 9 people.

Cons

One bathroom only

The master bedroom can’t get to the bathroom.

Small 40-gallon tank for fresh water

Small fridge with eight cubic feet of space

10. Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 34TSB Fifth Wheel

This is a great option for people who need a second bedroom with a lot of places to sleep. The second bedroom has two separate bunk beds with a lot of storage space under them. It also has its own entertainment centre, so you can watch TV in both bedrooms and the main living area.

Overall, this fifth wheel has enough beds for 11 people, which makes it one of the bigger options out there. It also has a 60-gallon tank for fresh water and a 10.4-cubic-foot fridge.

Even though the outdoor kitchen only has a grill and a minifridge, that’s enough to have a cookout. The biggest problem with this fifth wheel is that it has only one bathroom. It’s not a good thing to have 11 different people staying here.

Pros

The entertainment centre has a fireplace and a direct line of sight to the TV.

There are TVs in both the bedrooms and the living room.

Large pass-through storage on the outside

60-gallon tank for fresh water

up to 11 people

A 10.4-cubic-foot fridge

Cons

One bathroom only

There is only a grill in the outdoor cooking area.

11. Grand Design RV Solitude 3740BH Fifth Wheel

Even though this is the last fifth wheel on our list, it might be the best one yet. The second bedroom has three different sets of bunk beds, so there are many ways to sleep there. Also, the second bathroom has a half-bath that can be reached from the outside.

But you can’t get from the master bathroom to the main bathroom, and the master bathroom is the only one with a shower or tub. But this fifth wheel has a lot of great things about it.

First, it has a 12-cubic-foot refrigerator, which you can upgrade to an 18-cubic-foot model if it’s not big enough. Also, the main living area’s entertainment centre has a fireplace and a seating area with a straight-line view.

Also, with this huge 91-gallon freshwater tank, you’ll never have to worry about running out of water. Lastly, the kitchen has a large pantry, and if you want to spend the evening outside, there is a griddle, a beverage cooler, and a sink outside.

Pros

Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The second bathroom can be reached from the outside

The entertainment centre has a fireplace and a direct line to the TV.

You can upgrade to an 18-cubic-foot fridge if you want.

The kitchen has a large pantry.

Optional three-fold bed in the super sofa

There are three sets of bunk beds in the second room.

91-gallon tank for fresh water

Cons

The second bathroom has neither a tub nor a shower.

The master bedroom can’t be reached from the master bathroom.

Two Bedroom Fifth Wheel – Conclusion

You might think that all big fifth wheels are the same, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Even though fifth wheels have more features and space than other types of trailers, you still need to decide what’s most important to you.

A second bedroom is great if you’re travelling with kids or another couple, but it’s not for everyone, and you’ll have to give up things like a separate living room.

Still, these are some of the best options for fifth wheels with a second bedroom, which can give everyone the extra space and privacy they need to make your next trip or adventure a success.
